With advancements in technology there is a huge opportunity to engage with the youth of today in a new and exciting way. Gone are the days of reading from dull text books, we can now build medieval fortress, race along speeding freight trains, solve brain puzzles with your favourite characters and recreate Shakespeare's birth home all in virtual worlds using the much loved medium of computer games.
There are a huge number of reports stating how computer games help develop key life skills, we wholeheartedly agree and this is our mission.
We selected games that develop creativity, teamwork, active life and social skills and with the obvious love for computer games we always hit the mark and make a difference while still having loads of fun.
We make a regular visit to The Stonehouse gang youth club (www.stonehousegang.co.uk) every Monday 6 – 8 during school term and have worked with Birmingham’s Deaf Culture Centre (www.bid.org.uk), New Road Methodist Church Youth Club and The Shakespeare birthplace trust (www.shakespeare.org.uk).
If you run a youth club or school and would like to find out more contact us.
